Agreement
By using SiteRelief's website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
The service
SiteRelief provides managed website services which may include website builds, ongoing edits, hosting, monitoring, and access to a client request portal, as described on our pricing page and in your plan. Features may evolve over time.
Accounts & billing
Plans are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Fees are due in advance. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing, and service continues through the paid period. Setup fees (if any) and past charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your content & ownership
You retain ownership of your domain (where registered to you), business content, trademarks, and materials you provide. You grant SiteRelief a limited license to host, edit, and display that content as needed to perform the service. You represent that you have the rights to the materials you submit.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or to attempt to disrupt security or access systems without authorization. We may suspend service for abuse or non-payment.
Turnaround & scope
Edit turnaround targets (such as 1–3 business days) are goals, not guarantees. Complex work outside your plan may require a separate quote. One active request is typically worked at a time per queue to keep turnaround predictable.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. SiteRelief is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
